Every SUİ order is packed with care in Sydney and sent with Australia Post, with tracking, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping within Australia
Standard (Australia Post Parcel Post): $11 — FREE on orders over $35
Usually 2–4 business days within NSW and 3–6 business days interstate, after dispatch.
Express (Australia Post Express Post): $15
Usually 1–2 business days within NSW and 1–3 business days interstate, after dispatch.
Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
International shipping
We ship to selected countries with Australia Post for a flat rate of $20. Delivery times vary by country and usually take around 1–3 weeks after dispatch. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times are Australia Post estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or busy periods such as Christmas. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
